Free returns within 90 days

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. If your received product is over 90 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

How to Return

To start a return, you can contact us at (bokthome@gmail.com) If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return email with shipping label and mailing address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Then what you need to do is send the product to the mailing address we provide. A shipping fee will apply for return on your own cost.

*Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The company address is not the return address of the package,and the specific address will be sent by customer service email.)

Refunds

If your return is received, inspected and determined to be eligible for a refund, your refund will be processed. If the return is for personal reasons, we will deduct the cost of the item we sent will be deducted from the refund amount. If it is due to product quality or our responsibility, we refund the full amount.

For eligible returns, your refund will be processed. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, usually 2-5 days for credit card refunds.

Returns are not allowed in the following cases

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused,and in its original packaging. Returns are not allowed below: 

1. The merchandise has been installed and used
2. Any item is submitted for return more than 90 days after receipt of the product

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Breakage during the shipping process 

In rare cases breakage can occur, but we cannot exclude that crushing and collision during shipping is the cause of broken parts, please contact us and we will replace the broken parts for you free of charge.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds.Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as mystery box, clearance items,gift card, and custom items are final products and cannot be refunded, but we will exchange or replace the item due to our responsibility. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
